Employee Referral Policy

  • Employees may refer their friends for open job positions - Referral Bonus is paid on successful completion of probation by the selected candidate.

Paid Time Off

  • Annual Leave entitlement of 15 days to 21 days based on the tenure at NI.
  • Sick Leave entitlement of 15 days' full/half salary to about 75 day's full/half salary based on tenure at NI.
  • Marriage Leave entitlement of 5 days.
  • Maternity Leave entitlement of 70 days.
  • Bereavement Leave - 3 days Leave in case of death of an immediate family member.

Medical Insurance

Medical Inurance Coverage for all Engineers via a syndicate scheme. Scheme covers the difference from social security coverage which is approximately 20%. All expats are covered in the country of residence.

    Hospital

  • LEBANON: Coverage of difference of NSSF and Medical Insurance coverage + upgrade to first class.
  • PAKISTAN: Medical Insurance coverage for self and dependants upto a maximum cap.
  • Doctor Visit

  • LEBANON: 100% coverage with the networked doctors.
  • PAKISTAN: Doctor visit charges for self and dependants are covered upto a maximum cap.
  • Medical Tests

  • LEBANON: Medical test charges for self and dependants are covered upto 85% of the Medical Test charges.
  • PAKISTAN: Medical Test charges are covered upto a maximum cap for self and dependants.

Term Life Insurance

  • LEBANON: Life Insurance coverage upto a Sum Assured of two times the Annual Salary.

Accident Insurance

  • LEBANON: Accident Insurance coverage for any accidents during working hours.

Paid Time Off

Medical Insurance

  • Hospital: Unlimited coverage for self and dependants on hospitalisation expenses.
  • Doctor Visit: Full coverage at hospital for specialists on a payment arrangement; based on plans chosen.
  • Medical Tests: Full coverage for medical aid at hospitals for specialists, on a payment arrangement.

Paid Time Off

  • Annual Leave Entitlement of 14 to 26 days based on tenure at NI.
  • Sick Leave Entitlement of 7 days a year.
  • Marriage Leave Entitlement of 3 days a year.
  • Maternity Leave entitlement of 16 weeks - commencing 8 weeks before the expected date of birth of the child and 8 weeks post delivery.
  • Paternity Leave Entitlement of 5 days.
  • Bereavement Leave of 3 days in case of death of immediate family members.

Medical Insurance

  • Hospital: Unlimited coverage for self and dependant on hospitalisation expenses.
  • Doctor visit: Doctor Visit coverage upto 80% for self and dependants.
  • Medical Tests: Medical Tests for self and dependants are covered upto 80% of the medical test cherges.
  • Term Life Insurance - Life Insurance coverage for self.

Paid time off

  • Annual Leave Entitlement of 21 to 30 days based on the tenure at NI.
  • Sick Leave - For employment equal/exceeding 3 years. Full salary upto Sick Leave of 30 days. 75% of Salary for next 8 months of Sick Leave.
  • Marriage Leave entitlement of 2 days.
  • Maternity Leave entitlement for 3 months on continuous contribution to the social insurance for the 10 months.

Medical Insurance

  • Hospital: Coverage for self and dependants upto 80% of the maximum cap on hospital expenses.
  • Doctor Visit: Self and Dependants are covered for Doctor Visits upto a maximum cap.
  • Medical Tests: Medical Test expenses are covered for employees and dependants upto a maximum cap.

Accident Insurance

  • Coverage for self on Accident Insurance through the medical/health insurance.

Term Life Insurance

  • Life Insurance coverage for self upto 2 times the annual gross salary.

Service Recognition

  • NI Egypt recognises employees for their long years of service through the Service recognition program. Service milestones at 5, 10, 15 and 20 years and above are recognised and rewarded.

Sick Leave

  • Sick Leave Entitlement of 5 days per year.

    Annual Leave

  • Entitlement of 25 days Annual Leave for employees working 6 days per week and 20 days Annual Leave for employees working 5 days per week.

National and Festival Holidays

  • 17 days of public holidays officially declared as non-working days.

Marriage Leave

  • Marriage Leave entitlement up to 3 days for all employees.

Maternity Leave

  • Women employees are entitled to 140 days paid Maternity Leave.

Paternity Leave

  • Male employees are entitled to 2 months unpaid Paternity Leave.

Healthcare

  • Sick leave up to 30 calendar days. It may be extended if required for rehabilitation course as suggested by a doctor.
  • 5 days of Sick Leave is paid by NI and payment for the remaining Sick Leave days is made by the government.

Retirement

  • NI Contributes 100% towards income tax for employees who have opted for Social Fund. Employee Contribution is capped at 5% towards social fund.
  • NI Contributes 100% towards income tax for employees who have not opted for Social Fund. No contribution is made from the employee towards the social fund.

Educational Assistance Program

  • NI Armenia has a budget accrued for Training courses every quarter (All employees are eligible).

Maternity Benefit

  • Women employees are entitled to Pre-time Bonus of 400.000AMD as Maternity Benefit.
